A Golden Retriever Moves to London: Stuart’s Journey

My husband was offered a job in London in October of 2017 and in December 2017 we were packing up our house to move. The time from the initial interview to the actual move was very, very fast!  At the time our boys were 18 months and 3.5 years old and our Golden Retriever, Stuart, was 5.

There is a lot of paperwork and a very set protocol to follow when moving an animal internationally. I was beyond overwhelmed with it and was so happy to be referred to Natalie at PetRelocation. From our first conversation, she was positive, reassuring, and SO on top of all the details - from sending vet appointment reminders to advising on the right kennel size, to helping book his ticket and anything else Stuart needed. She made the process of getting Stuart to London seamless. The courier who picked up Stuart to take him to the airport on the day of his flight was kind, professional, and clearly an animal lover. Stuart arrived happy, healthy, and was able to come home to us without any delays at customs. We can't thank Natalie and the PetRelocation team enough!
