Taz and Sydney’s Move: Cat Transport to Australia

Here's an update from Taz and Sydney's owner about their recent move to Australia:

From sales (Maegan) through execution (Nina), we felt fully informed and fully confident that the complexities of transit and permitting on the way to Australia were well in hand.

That doesn't mean that we weren't very demanding customers, though! I count an email chain of well over 150 communications, which does not include the phone calls to double check the right actions were being taken by the various parties involved.

This diligence resulted in a seamless move. With flights from SFO to LAX then to Melbourne there was a lot that could have gone wrong, but we were informed of tracking numbers and status at every single step.
