Expat cat dad, Jonathan, was planning his move from Austin, Texas back to the United Kingdom when he realized that he needed a little help with Lily's journey. So, he reached out to PetRelocation. His dedicated coordinator helped him every step of the way. Here's Jonathan and Lily's story! 

The entire experience with PetRelocation has been incredible. We started with an initial consultation with Catie Cox.  She explained the process and provided us with a quote.

After we signed up, we were then introduced to Nick Stegall, our coordinator. Nick was the star of the show. He was on top of absolutely everything. I couldn’t have asked for more. He was so helpful and informative about the whole process and guided me through every step.

The service from all the PetRelocation agents was brilliant as well. The team in Austin was great as was the staff at the Lufthansa pet hotel.  We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.  The service is not cheap but our pets are as important as our family and I wouldn’t hesitate to use PetRelocation again and recommend Catie, Nick and their whole team to any friends that I know need help in relocating their pets. Thank you so, so much! Lily is now settling back into UK life and loving it (despite it being much colder here!).
