Incredible Experiences: Frederick and Panphilla Move Again

In 2012 you moved our pets Frederick and Panphilla from Houston, Texas to Stavanger, Norge.

It was a very professional service with a very personal interaction at all times. Our return trip was no different.

We flew our cats in cabin from Norge to Amsterdam the night before and the pick up contact met us the next morning in our hotel lobby. We were able to watch KLM load them on our flight. We received them at Dulles Airport in Washington, DC.

Our sincere thanks to Sandhya for a great co-ordination effort as well as Catie, our first point of contact, and Nate, who braved the freezing temps and helped us break down the large crates to load everything into our rental car in Dulles. He was brilliant. Thank you so very much.

Frederick and Panphilla are all settled into their new home in Lexington, Virginia and send their love and thanks!
