Moving to the UK with Pets: Russel’s Story

Sometimes things don't go according to plan. That's what dog mom, Rebecca, found out when her pup Russell's international flight was canceled last minute. But that's okay! She had hired PetRelocation to help with Russell's move to the United Kingdom. The PetRelocation team made sure he made it safe and sound. But don't take our word for it. Nick really went above and beyond in his work to make Russell's transit to London seamless and straightforward.  He made himself available at any key juncture in case questions arose (and each time, they did).  He was incredibly responsive— to the point where my veterinarian asked for PetRelocation's information so she could refer other clients to the service! 

 

He was highly organized, thorough in his explanations and communications, and was quick and thoughtful in his responses to questions I posed.  When Russell's flight was canceled on the move date, he worked quickly to present options and get him set up with alternate travel plans.  My experience was excellent! I cannot imagine a better experience and will absolutely be using PetRelocation for any future needs.
