I was extremely worried about Ziva travelling from Texas to Ireland - I have made the trip many times and it's a long flight.
PetRelocation was amazing. They let me know that she would have pit stops at the layover and I was able to track her journey. You get personal emails and you can tell they love animals.
We opted to have PetRelocation provide the crate and padding, which they sent along with advice on how to get her well used to it before her long journey.
My sister was doing all the work in Texas and PetRelocation assisted with the veterinary stuff and the certificates, etc. It is a complicated process, but made so much easier with their help.
By the time Ziva was due to fly I was pretty reassured about all aspects and I am happy to say she made it safe and sound!
