French Bulldog Moves to Australia: Alfred’s Story

So, you're moving from the United States to Australia. How exciting, but also very overwhelming. That's what Alfred's parents discovered when they started to plan their move. Luckily, we were here to help! Here's their story: 

Katy and Nina are superlative. They didn't miss a detail. Katy set expectations exactly how they were delivered. Our veterinarian told us how impressed she was with Nina's attention to timing and detail, ensuring that our pet received timely and complete care. Nothing ever felt rushed.

Nina kept tabs on our pet as he traveled across the Pacific and did not end until we sent her our reunion pictures! She is simply wonderful! It is very clear that Katy and Nina know what they are doing and are dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences. In addition, Nina's coordination with domestic drivers to transport our pet to LAX was terrific. The Royal Paws drivers,  Robin and Konica, were absolutely wonderful, professional and loved on our dog cross-country! Overall, we knew we all (people and our pets) were in professional and caring hands, door to door.

Wow! What a journey! So happy to hear everyone is reunited. And thank you for allowing us to be part of your adventure.
