Dog Travel to Singapore: Baxter’s Move Story

This is Baxter's second trip to Singapore -- in 2009 I did a lot of the booking and paperwork myself but didn't want to do that again. I found PetRelocation highly recommended online as a "one-stop shop" that could do everything this move.

Evelyn Pearl responded immediately to my inquiry, provided very detailed information, and answered all of our questions. We were then handed over to Kelcey Shafer, our Relocation Coordinator. We couldn't be happier with the communications and help she provided.

Of course, most importantly, it was a bit stressful to put him on the plane as Baxter is 10 years old this time. But, she kept us informed every step of the way and everything went perfectly -- from the paperwork to the pickup to the transport and flight to the customs clearance and quarantine in Singapore.  The ladies with Pet Embassy sent a short video and pictures of his arrival, which showed just how happy he was on arrival!
