Dog Transport to the US From the UK: Phoebe’s Move

Catie Cox was the first person I spoke with. She was very responsive and without exception got back to me right away with any questions I had. And she was lovely about my dog Phoebe...it was almost like she knew her!!

Sandhya was equally as lovely. She took me through all the steps that I needed to complete in order to send Phoebe, which is what I needed. It's been a long move and it was nice having someone tell me exactly what to do in a very reassuring way.

Also, when Phoebe left she kept me informed of check-in and landing. Very reassuring. Love the links she sent to me so I could track Phoebe throughout the flight.
