Aubie’s Journey: From Shanghai to Detroit and Back with PetRelocation

For one individual, the journey with their dog, Aubie, from Shanghai to Detroit and back was filled with joy, challenges, and, ultimately, a triumphant reunion. Here's their heartwarming story with PetRelocation at the helm.

I was fortunate enough to take my dog, Aubie home with me on the flight from Shanghai to Detroit as a certified service dog this past summer for holiday. I haven’t been able to return back home for 2 years because of Covid restrictions. It was a wonderful reunion. When it was time after a month to go back to Shanghai, I reached out to Pet Relocation to help Aubie get back to Shanghai. I couldn’t bring him back with me since I would have to undergo 10 days of quarantine in a hotel in Shanghai. Tayler was awesome with the arrangements. However, his flight was delayed because China imposed an embargo on all pets entering China. His flight back was delayed over a month. Aubie stayed with my parents and was spoiled. He finally was able to return to Shanghai in September. His flight and transport to my home went smoothly! I was so happy for him to be home. All of his dog friends at the Dog Park were happy to see him too. I threw a welcome home party! I highly recommend Pet Relocation! I will use them again next summer for sure!
