During the COVID-19 pandemic we have had the honor to reunite pets with their families when the pet parents weren't sure if it could be done. One of such family is Anne and Izzy. Izzy was stuck in Mexico and when it looked like no one could help, dog mom Anne called PetRelocation.
I adopted my dog Izzy when I was serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in rural Mexico. When I was evacuated from Mexico due to COVID-19, I had four hours to pack all my things and leave my home, leaving me no time to arrange for Izzy to come with me. When it became
My experience with PetRelocation was wonderful from start to finish. Every employee I interacted with was caring and competent. My relocation coordinator took care of every detail of Izzy's move and was extremely proactive in managing everything. I had issues with the vet in Mexico and with Izzy's vaccine information, and she was patient and helped sort everything out. During Izzy's move, I got updates throughout the process and plenty of photos of Izzy. This really put my mind at ease during such a stressful time. Izzy was treated super well during transport, and is now happily adjusting to life in Massachusetts! She's been exploring, chasing squirrels, and napping in her new bed. I can't thank PetRelocation enough for helping to reunite me with my best friend.
We're so happy we could put your mind at ease during this time.
