As soon as we saw that Zap and Guida, two adorable Pomeranians moving from Brazil to San Diego, had their own Facebook page, we knew they were a couple of special and truly well-loved pups.
We were happy to help them relocate with their family and even had the chance to capture the moment they were reunited with their loving owners -- here is the cute reunion video.
Read on to find out more about Zap and Guida's move, and be sure to contact PetRelocation with any questions you have about moving your pets.
No, I haven’t. But I moved from the Southeast of Brazil to the Northeast with Zap and Guida. It was a five hour flight and they did quite well.
We were worried about the paperwork in Customs and the coordination of multiple flights. As the dogs were with a caretaker in Brazil, we needed someone we could trust to ensure that all the documents were right. I was in the US already and the dogs had to travel without me or my boyfriend.
Yes. We were very happily surprised about the ease of the process of hiring and arranging the trip for the dogs. All was done via Internet and phone.
They arrived very well, but with some stress-related diarrhea. Guida is fine but Zap is still struggling with it. They love the new house and mostly they love to be with us!
We were living in a small town in the Northeast of Brazil that isn’t very pet-friendly at all. So the pups couldn’t go outside the house. But San Diego is totally pet friendly and as soon as Zap is all better we will go to the dog park and take our daily walks together.
Using a company like PetRelocation can significantly reduce the emotional stress associated with transporting a pet.
The attention we have received from the agents.
