What to Know About Bringing Dogs and Cats to Ukraine

Ukraine Pet Import Rules and Requirements

When planning to bring pets to Ukraine, start by researching the country's import requirements (outlined below) and checking in with either an official government source or a pet transport professional to find out the most current and accurate procedures.

Transporting pets to Ukraine also means following general pet travel best practices, such as crate training your dog or cat before travel, booking a flight with a pet friendly airline, and talking to your vet if you have any health-related questions. Remember, sedation is neither recommended nor allowed.

Take your time in planning your pet's move and reach out to PetRelocation if you have any questions about shipping pets to Ukraine.
