Can my parrot travel with me by air? If yes, what's the procedure? I fear that Dubai Customs will impose a quarantine.

In regards to moving pets to Dubai, it's always a good idea to check with the UAE Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries before you go for the most up-to-date information. In general, importing birds requires securing a transit permit, and birds from countries affected by avian flu cannot be imported.
