Pet Travel Question: Moving a Pet to Mauritius

My dog was originally purchased in Paris and brought to Dubai/UAE. Then we moved to Thailand four years ago and we're now planning to move to Mauritius. Can you please tell me where I start? Is your company able to relocate my pet? Thank you for your assistance.
