Pet Travel Question: Moving a Dog to Canada

Please help me with this! I have a 10-month-old lab in Serbia and I want him here with me in Canada. He already had his vaccine against rabies and he has his own passport. What else do I need for him, except crates and health certificate, in order to move him here?!
