How to Arrange Cat Transport to New Zealand

How much would it cost to move my cat to New Zealand? I also have a horse I am interested in moving from Phoenix, AZ to Auckland, New Zealand. Could you give me a quote for both?

My dates are very flexible. Probably anywhere in the next 6 months.
