A letter from Coco about our pet moving services to Scotland!

Coco, a dog we moved from Kansas City to Aberdeen, Scotland, was nice enough to send us a letter about our her experience with our door-to-door pet transportation services:

Hiya PetRelocation Crew:
It's me, Coco, sending you this postcard from my new home in rural Scotland! Thanks for making my very complicated move so smooth and easy for my beloved humans. And so entirely comfortable for ME!
Scotty, the way you troubleshot things with the USDA, my vet in Kansas, and that last minute fix-it to a paperwork oversight of my Mom's is appreciated more than you know! And Mom told me of the eMail volley and phone calls you shared while I was in-flight to Heathrow, then Aberdeen.
It was so comforting for her to know the play-by-play from you; she sends sincerest thanks to you and the whole crew, as well! For the record, I really did shop the duty-free during my layover at the Animal Reception Centre in London! THAT's how smoothly everything went!
