2019 was an amazing year for the PetRelocation team both professionally and personally. We continued to grow and learn all about the journeys our clients and their pets took around the world while also celebrating our own milestones. Join us as we take a moment to reflect on the incredible experiences we had in 2019.
2 Babies Welcomed
This year we welcomed not one, but two new additions to the PetRelocation family. International sales consultant, Evelyn, and sales manager, Maegan, both welcomed baby girls in 2019!
8,669 Ounces of Water Consumed
To promote healthy living this year, PetRelocation participated in Humana’s Go365 hydration challenge. During the 30 day challenge, we not only learned how to mindfully track health goals but won prizes along the way!
11 Teammates Onboarded
We welcomed eleven new teammates to the PetRelocation team this year. We are so lucky to have each and every one of them. (If you’re in the Austin area, keep an eye on our careers page for new opportunities)

12 New Pets Welcomed
With new people also came new pets! We got to celebrate the adoption of a pet into the PetRelocation family when our human resources coordinator, Celia, adopted Emmy Lou from the local Austin organization Forgotten Friends. Also, in a first for an office visit, our international relocation coordinator, Rebecca, brought her horse Jazzy in to visit!
Jazzy and Emmy Lou also joined the team in 2019
74 Countries
In 2019 we relocated pets all over the world. By the end of the year, we had moves that arrived in a total of 74 different countries. Domestic moves into the United States topped the list while The United Kingdom and Australia rounded out the top three. We also got the chance to visit countries we get to work with less often. For instance, we moved two French bulldogs to Nepal.
5 Weddings Celebrated
2019 was a year of celebrations! We had the joy of witnessing 5 teammates celebrate their weddings. Three of the “I Do’s” were said here in Austin, Texas. One knot was tied in a tropical destination wedding while international relocation coordinator Natalie took her vows in the air. Really! She was married in a hot air balloon.
1,370 Reunions
This is why we’re here. Relocating your pets worldwide is what we do, and in 2019 we reunited 1,370 pets with their families.
2019 was such an amazing year, and we can’t wait to see what 2020 brings!
