Pet Travel Question: Moving Dogs to Tanzania

To: Tanzania
Can I move with my two dogs from Germany to Tanzania? What are the requirements regarding import permits and vaccinations, etc...? I'm currently in Egypt; when necessary I will first go to Germany and then to Tanzania. Or, is it possible to travel from Egypt to Tanzania and obtain the import permit there? Many Thanks,
