Pet Travel Question: Moving Cats to Austria

From: Nova Friburgo, Brazil
To: Vienna, Austria
Pets: Three cats, 6 and 7 years old

Is there an airline that would allow me to travel with them (my boyfriend is with me) as luggage? Are there any limitations - I mean not allowing pets, or not letting them in Austria... What are the documents needed? We are so worried!
