Pet Friendly Airports: St. Louis Pet Relief Areas
When a couple of our
Pet Relocation Consultants recently found themselves passing through the
St. Louis Airport (STL) they took a few minutes to check out the "K-9" pet relief areas there.
As you'll recall (since this is obviously a topic of interest to us), we recently featured a few US airports on
our blog. Back in November we explored the amenities of
Washington Dulles,
Phoenix Sky Harbor,
LAX and
Atlanta, and discussed the
Five Best Ways to Take Advantage of an Airport Pet Relief Area.
We love that more and more airports are making an effort to offer clean, accessible pet areas, and hope that the improvements and expansions will be a growing trend. Pet travel will probably always be a little bit stressful, but coming across a green patch of grass in the middle of the hubbub of a busy airport can make all the difference.
Take a look at these pictures of the STL pet relief areas, and feel free to tell us about your own pet travel experiences here or on our
Facebook page!
