Moving pets to Shanghai- is there a restriction on the number of pets?

Considering moving my pets to Shanghai...Are there any restrictions on the number of pets? We will have 4 passports and all documentation. Thanks, Mel.

Thanks for your inquiry regarding your three dogs' relocation to Shanghai.  I have researched your question and have come to the conclusion that there currently is not a restriction on the number of pets allowed for import into Shanghai, as long as you have the correct documentation and a passport/visa for each pet entering the country.
